Use dry ice to freeze the bearings or overnight in the freezer not the fridge! The fridge is not cold enough.

get a 4 post alignment lift，untight the bushings and move the car to release the tire grip tension and retight. we use to do this for every bush replacement.

you need pneumatic jacks installed on it :)

making a pipe oval is really easy just use some 2 rond bars and stick the inside the pipe and than make a mechanism to push them away from eachother and use some pressure from the ouside in the middle to help the pipes make the oval

13:14 as far as I know, that is a normal procedure for stock rubber bushings as these are vulcanized to the inside metal bushing. With polyurethane bushings they should be lubed with silicone grease and moving freely. I mean not totaly loose of course, but should be able to rotate as the suspension travels. Thus you can tighten these in any position. Lubing these up good also helps to eliminate dry bushing squeaks.

I’ve always heard that you tighten your suspension with the weight of the car on it………….. never heard of tightening the suspension at full droop for the exact reason you said everything will be in a bind after sitting the weight on the car.

As machinist that bushing work made me cringe, but it's also exactly what I would have done

1. Misalignment joint = coaxial spring perch 2. Good poly or spherical bushings should have free articulation with the bolts torqued. 3. How you gonna make a video about TTX dampers without mentioning how revolutionary they were? They operate entirely different than a conventional damper. Super awesome to see you focusing more on suspension, it's the biggest factory between a slow racecar and a fast racecar.
